Andy was born and raised in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Andy enjoys outdoor sports and spending time with his family and friends. In his time at Express Recycling, he has learned all aspects of business operations.
Jeremy Wilson
Chief Operations Officer

Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, always attending the sporting events of their 3 children. Jeremy has served his local communities as a volunteer firefighter for 20 years.
Jeremy oversees the operations of all 3 locations, keeping up with personnel and machinery.
William "Sonny" Novak
Grand Rapids Shop manager

Sonny stems from the Windy City! Sonny and his wife are keeping busy with the dogs at home these days. Sonny oversees the operation at our largest industrial location in Grand Rapids.

Bonnie jumped in a few years ago and has carved out a position helping with the various aspects of the businesses. She enjoys spending time with her kids and grandchildren and helping at church. She is an inspiration to all.

Jim Slagle

Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. Jim has served in the Army Reserves for the past 19 years. We thank him for his service to our country. Jim oversees the operation in Stevens Point.

Matt served in the military for 4 years full time. Matt has been involved in the Heart of Wisconsin and served as President. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children.
Tim Zacher
Vice President / Owner

Tim, his wife, and 2 children have hosted international students in their home for more than a decade, along with baseball players from the Rafters in the summertime. He and his family enjoy traveling. Tim oversees the office area.

Don is the newest addition to our team and enjoys the great outdoors every chance that he has to be active.
A Look at Our History
January 2005
We opened Express Recycling Solutions, Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids. Express Recycling quickly expanded from buying used beverage cans to accepting most other forms of nonferrous metals.
Joe Kozicki, the founder of the business, soon developed a passion for the concept of recycling and the potential to expand creatively.
2006
Matt Zacher joined the business.
Prior to his time with Express, Matt served in the military and graduated from UW-Milwaukee. Matt saw the potential for a future in recycling and decided to make a transition from a career in social work.
July 2006
As Matt assumed responsibility for operations in Wisconsin Rapids, Joe began to realize the need for a similar shop in Stevens Point. Express Recycling in Stevens Point opened its doors.
2007
Express Recycling saw an opportunity to start recycling paper and cardboard for the community. They opened a third location in Grand Rapids, located between Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point.
2008
Tim Zacher joined the business.
Prior to Express Recycling, Tim graduated from UWSP and went on to work at Duke and Appalachian State Universities in North Carolina.
Tim Zacher joined the business in the fall of 2008, making a transition from education to recycling.

In doing so, Express Recycling Solutions Inc. will expand awareness and motivation for recycling in the communities we serve.
